Celine comes with a decade of experience in Executive Search gained both in top-tier firms and in-house at a leading technology start-up, Celine’s expertise lies in recruiting for underwriting, risk, legal, compliance and corporate secretarial functions across a diverse range of industries, including FinTech, banking, asset management, insurance, healthcare, technology, commodities and hospitality. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with C-level executives, General Counsels, HRBPs and TA teams to shape hiring strategies, conduct market mapping, manage candidate pipelines, and drive offer execution – helping organizations attract and retain top talent.

As a consultant, she believes perspective is everything. Every career journey is unique, and what drives her is helping the people she partners with see possibilities they may not have considered before.

Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two young children, which has deepened her appreciation for the different seasons of life and the choices we make in each one. In her free time, you will either find her dancing or channeling her creativity into developing games for preschoolers!

Beginning his career in the hospitality industry, Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Outside of his professional life, Ian channels his competitive drive into the sport of Muay Thai. Janard Liew

Janard’s recruitment philosophy is guided by the saying to always live boldly, push oneself and not settle, emphasising the importance of relentless self-improvement. He began as a candidate manager with a global boutique search firm where he supported senior requisitions across all Human Resources (HR) functions. Subsequently, he transitioned into a full-cycle recruitment consultant, and gained both breadth – as a Generalist HR recruiter – and depth, honed from specialising in technical HR roles.

This dual focus stems from his academic research background, where he developed a rigorous, data-driven mindset alongside a strong emphasis on high-touch relationship-building. Janard holds a Master’s degree from University College London and a Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore, underscoring his commitment to intellectual rigor and professional excellence.

Beyond recruitment, Janard is passionate about lifelong learning, currently studying Japanese with plans to take up Thai. His other interests include fiction (both literature and film), creative sketching, and recreational sports such as table tennis and pickleball.
