He began as a candidate manager with a global boutique search firm where he supported senior requisitions across all Human Resources (HR) functions. Subsequently, he transitioned into a full-cycle recruitment consultant, and gained both breadth – as a Generalist HR recruiter – and depth, honed from specialising in technical HR roles.

This dual focus stems from his academic research background, where he developed a rigorous, data-driven mindset alongside a strong emphasis on high-touch relationship-building.
